What makes our coaching different from all others?
It is full-bodied, rich, robust and organic!!!!

 

What, in heaven's name, is organic coaching?
Organic means finding the root causes and getting rid of the pollutants and toxins that have built up over time (not to worry, this is the human condition, you are not alone).You can't really know what pushes your buttons, why you succeed in this type of setting and fall flat in another, until you do some personal research and go up river to the source.

 

Why bother?
Because otherwise, if you start with today and move forward (most coaching follows this principle) you are dealing with symptoms and symptoms rarely go away, they morph into other symptoms.

 

Sounds like therapy?
It is therapeutic. That's a good thing, to become more aware, healthier, more in charge of your decisions. It is not, however, therapy. We teach that work is not a rehab facility! The key focus is you at work.

 

How long does it take?
The suggested time is 3 months and then you can let go or do another 3 month round. In our work if you don't sense real change in three months the timing is off. If it is not right at the beginning you get your fee back.

What can I expect?
Reorientation of priorities and a fresh look at all of your relationships. You gain tools for better communication. You learn the OUT technique; you'll find ways OUT of either being overly responsible, lacking spontaneity, procrastinating, over giving, rebelling, running from conflict, and anything else that keeps you stuck in a rut (again, not to judge, we all have our Achilles heel).

 

Who does the coaching and what are their credentials?
Our team is highly skilled. They all have business backgrounds and have been trained in our methods over a period of 2 years. Most have master's degrees and all facilitate our Total Leadership Connections program.

 

What can you guarantee?
If you put skin in the game, new perspectives of what really matters will surface. You will be able to transform the patterns from family that worked when you were a kid and are no longer needed. You will learn the art and craft of dialogue, a high level communication skill. If you are a leader, colleagues will be prone to ask for leadership advice. If you are a high potential you will have offers to choose from. If you are in the middle of the pack you will move up to the A team. And, as a special extra treat (lagniappe in Cajun) relationships at home deepen and smooth out.
