Studies show that having E.I. (Emotional Intelligence) and being P.A (Pattern Aware) are two of the most important skills people need to succeed in the 21st Century. However, they cannot be acquired unless administrators, teachers, and parents actively work to teach and model the building of trust-worthy relationships.

This program is approved by Pennsylvania Department of Education for Act 45 (Pennsylvania Inspired Leadership Program--PIL) and Act 48 Continuing Professional Development for Teachers and we can work with educators in other states to seek your state Department of Education approval for continuing education.

Our education programs, bring the relationship needs of the future into present time. Based on thirty years of working with educational districts including superintendents, teachers, guidance counselors, special education units, parent groups, and youngsters K-12 with learning difficulties and emotional concerns we are experienced in helping your school district stay ahead of the curve. We have developed programs for youngsters, "Be Your Own Hero" to inject self esteem that is interactive rather than narcissistic, and "Young Leaders in Action" to prepare teens for the journey to success in college and in their work and personal lives.

We are honored and ready to work with school administrators and teachers who are the guides and models for the skills of resiliency and respectful relationships required for success in this fast paced world.
